From one of the Rhône`s iconic producers, the granitic lieu-dit Les Bessards has produced something of a monster. Massively concentrated and densely packed and built to last a lifetime. Definitely one for laying down, or decant for a couple of hours if you can't resist it. Please note that the drinking window shown in the Fine Wine Collection brochure should show '2027 to 2040', and not 'Now to 2040' as printed.
