Simple, vivacious and refreshing cherry-scented rosato, the perfect aperitivo with a plate of assorted salami.

Corent, in the Auvergne, is one of the few appellations that is rosé only. It is a hillside vineyard and points in all directions, but mainly south and is famous for its dry, full-flavoured, onion-skin rosés that go so well with food. It also keeps well and often at its best later in the year.

A rosé from the Rhône made from syrah and raised in oak barrels, this is a substantial pink intended to go with food. This is full-flavoured and creamy and has the potential to a age a bit.
